now, we are doing the video for our PW. it is quite difficult as only me and Qili are here as Jing ni and Kimberly had gone home saying their parents told them not to stayback.

LEADER: JINGNI
1) What role was I assigned to do?
I was assigned to be the leader of the group.
2) How did I go about completing them?
I check that all members carry out the specific tasks assigned to them and keep the discussion directly related to the topic.
3) What did I do well?
I managed to distribute work fairly and according to the strengths of memebers.
4) What were some difficulties I faced? How did I overcome these?
Some of the members have different ideas. I encourage members to work towards an agreement.
QUESTIONER:KIMBERLY
1) What role was I assigned to do?
I was assigned to be the questioner.
2) How did I go about completing them?
I ask question to help my group to re-think their ideas to make them better.
3) What did I do well?
I managed to help them create a better idea that is more simple and useful.
4) What were some difficulties I faced? How did I overcome these?
I was unable to look for solution for some question but my friends helped me out.
ENCOURAGER:QILI
1) What role was I assigned to do?
I was assignedto be the encourager.
2) How did I go about completing them?
I praise good idea if they carry out good idea.
3) What did I do well?
I do well in praising the member of mine.
4) What were some difficulties I faced? How did I overcome these?
I need to praise them with different word. I try to praise them with the different word I can use
RECORDER: JEZREEL

im assigned to be the recorder.
2) How did I go about completing them?
i record down everything they say in the notebook in our file.
3) What did I do well?
i manage to write everything they say
4) What were some difficulties I faced? How did I overcome these?
they speak too fast, i can't catch most of the words they say. I ask them to speak slower and repeat what they had said earlier.
