I was assigned to be the leader of the group.

I check that all members carry out the specific tasks assigned to them and keep the discussion directly related to the topic.

I managed to distribute work fairly and according to the strengths of memebers.

I ask question to help my group to re-think their ideas to make them better.

I managed to help them create a better idea that is more simple and useful.

I was unable to look for solution for some question but my friends helped me out.

I praise good idea if they carry out good idea.

I do well in praising the member of mine.

I need to praise them with different word. I try to praise them with the different word I can use

im assigned to be the recorder.

i record down everything they say in the notebook in our file.

i manage to write everything they say
4) What were some difficulties I faced? How did I overcome these?
they speak too fast, i can't catch most of the words they say. I ask them to speak slower and repeat what they had said earlier.
